THE EASY PEASY

  • All of option 1 plus:

  • Up to 24 invitations: My Play Village themed

  • A return pass for the birthday child

  • Use of 2 ceramic cupcake stand displays

  • Staff set up of coordinating decor in your choice of colors, which includes:

    • 14 filled latex balloons

    • Flag banner

    • Party hats for up to 24

    • Table runner

    • Dessert plates & napkins for up to 24

    • 24 vanilla cupcakes with white icing (coordinating flags available upon request)

    • 24 juice barrels, 24 mini water bottles

  • Coordinating party favor bags available at an extra cost (see below under “Party Add-ons)

PARTY ADD-ONS

  • Large 42” Foil number Balloon (silver or Gold)-$15

  • Balloon Garland- $75

  • Balloon Drop- $50

  • Return pass for each child- $6 (expires 3 months from party date)

  • Coordinating Party Favor Bags (3 options below):

    • Bag + fruit snack+ ROYGBIV Novelty Crayon Pack- $4.50 each

    • Bag + fruit snack + MPV Sensory Foam Pack- $5.50 each

      • Add a return pass to any of the Bags above for only $5 per return pass

Additional Party Information:

  • Both options include up to 24 children

  • You can have outside food catered!

    • For the safety of children with allergies, we prohibit any foods containing nuts

    • We recommend pizza, party subs, fruit & veggies trays, finger foods, etc.

  • We have table seating for approximately 16 adults.

  • Party time slots:

    • Saturday 1-3 or 4-6* & Sunday 1-3 or 4-6*

      *for an additional cost, you may extend your party time. This is only available for the 4-6pm slots.

    • Party time slots will be changing starting September 2019: Saturday 4-6 & Sunday 10-12,1-3, or 4-6

    • If you feel you need additional set up time (more than the 30 min included), we suggest delaying the party start time (for example, for a 4-6pm slot, you can ask your guests to arrive at 4:15 or 4:30). If you choose the 4-6pm slot, you can extend the part-time for an additional cost.

  • Reservations required.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the limited availability of our birthday party slots, the $100 deposit is non-refundable in the event you need to cancel. In extenuating circumstances (such as weather), we will work with you to reschedule you party.
