Q: What age is My Play Village geared towards:
A: It is geared towards ages 1-10, more specifically 8 and under, although it depends widely on individual kids and their specific interests. We have several activities that are geared more towards the 8-10 range in case the little village doesn’t appeal to them. Admission is not charged for children under 1 or over 8. (Children younger or older are free if accompanied by a paying sibling)
Q: Do you allow outside food or drinks?
A: We DO allow (and encourage!) you to bring your favorite drink, but we DO NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE FOOD. This is due to food allergies and to help us maintain the cleanest facility possible. We encourage you to fill your little one’s belly before you come! We do offer a small selection of pre-packaged snacks, juice boxes, water, and coffee. Also, we are conveniently located behind Culver’s Restaurant (and near many others). Your pass is an all day pass so you are free to leave for lunch and come back!
*for private parties we do allow you to cater/bring outside food & drinks
Q: Do I need to sign the waiver?
A: Yes, you are required to fill out and sign a waiver for each child before they will be allowed to play. You may fill out the waiver ahead of time by clicking on the waiver link above.
Q:Do you offer memberships or discounts for multiple children families?
A: At this time, we do not. However we will offer specials throughout the year and coupons, so keep your eyes out for those!
Q: Are my children required to play in their socks?
A: No! We are a “shoe friendly” facility. However, on rainy/snowy days, we ask that you please bring a clean, dry pair of shoes for them to change into. Also, if you child prefers to play without shoes, that’s okay too, BUT they must wear non-skid socks with grip bottoms.
Q: Can I leave my child and come back?
A: No, we are not a drop off center or childcare facility. Parents and caregivers must stay in the play space and supervise their children at all times.
We understand that many of our guests are within the potty training phase. Please have those children wear clothing and appropriate accident-proof undergarments during their time in the play space to keep our guests safe and our play space clean. Potty training children are very easily get distracted while playing in our facility. Thank you for your attention to this!
Our restrooms are outfitted with diaper changing stations. Please change all diapers in the restroom.
We reserve the right to ask children that are being disruptive or unsafe to leave if they are interfering with the play & safety of others.
We kindly request that you do not visit MPV if your child is sick. We reserve the right to ask visibly sick children to leave in order to protect the health & well being of other guests. Please help us with this by waiting until your child is healthy to come play!
